The core preparation features of the App operate locally on your device. We do not automatically track, collect, or transmit personal usage data, device identifiers, or location data through the App.
However, if you voluntarily contact us via email (admin@mail.lesadi-ai.com) or submit a service request for test bookings, course registrations, CSCS card processing, or accounting setup, we collect the personal information you provide (such as your full name, email address, phone number, postcode, and relevant documentation).
2. Use of Collected Information
Any personal information sent to us via email is used strictly to:
- Process and manage your official test and course bookings.
- Submit applications for CSCS cards on your behalf.
- Connect you with accredited partners for Self-Employed and tax registration (HMRC).
- Provide customer support in your preferred language.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. To fulfill your requested services, we may share the necessary information with official awarding bodies and accredited service partners (including Pearson VUE, CITB, CSCS, and regulated UK accounting partners).
4. Local Data Storage
All test results, study progress, and scores are stored locally on your device’s internal storage. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored progress.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
